This brand new luxury top floor apartment is spacious and comfortable, furnished to a very high standard to make your stay as pleasant as possible. A 30mSq veranda with sea views overlooks the pool area. The large living area is furnished for comfort having soft suede sofa’s to relax on, with cable TV, DVD’s or a CD player for your entertainment. The separate kitchen area is fully equipped with all amenities. There are two bathrooms in the apartment, the master en-suite bathroom with shower over bath, and the other a refreshing shower room. The two bedrooms both have large fitted wardrobes, the main bedroom with a King size bed has its own private balcony; the second bedroom has two single beds and there is also a sofa bed available should it be required. There is lift access to the apartment, the apartment also benefits from designated underground parking. Families are well catered for with a cot and highchair available, a wide selection of children’s DVD’s and pool toys provided.
