THE  PROPERTY IS A BEAUTIFUL TOWN HOUSE SET  AMONG OTHERS IN A  LUXURIOUS CLIFF TOP  LOCATION.IT  HAS UNINTERRUPTED SIDE SEA VIEWS FROM THE MASTER BEDROOM AND LOUNGE WHICH LEADS OUT TO A TERRACE AND COMMUNAL GARDEN. THE TERRACE IS FURNISHED WITH A TABLE AND 6 CHAIRS. THE HOUSE IS A MINUTES WALK FROM THE ON SITE SWIMMING POOL, PORTUGUESE OWNED RESTAURANT AND BAR .THE FITNESS AND BEAUTY CENTRE IS ALSO LOCATED IN THIS AREA.. THE RESORT OF CARVOEIRO IS A TEN MINUTE WALK AWAY AND THE BEACH AT CENTIANES IS A 6 MINUTE WALK.  THERE ARE HOTELS AND RESTAURANTS NEARBY, AND THE VILLAGE OF CARVOEIRO HAS AN ABUNDANCE OF RESTAURANTS AND BARS OF A VERY HIGH  STANDARD. CARVOEIRO IS VERY MUCH A FAMILY RESORT. 

THE RESORT IS RUN BY THE PESTANA HOTEL GROUP, WHICH IS THE LARGEST HOTEL CHAIN IN PORTUGAL. IT  IS SUPERBLY MANAGED AND MAINTAINED TO A VERY HIGH STANDARD.  THE STAFF AT THE RESORT, FROM THE GARDENERS AND MAIDS TO MANAGEMENT ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND EAGER TO PLEASE AND MAKE GUESTS FEEL WELCOME. 

 

The villa comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 2 twin and 1 cots. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the LIVING AREA. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 5 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

David says: "Very nice, clean, modern townhouse suitable for a holiday. Comes with a small rear garden with a sideways sea view. Air conditioning not needed too often due to soft sea breeze, but very effective on a low setting overnight. Number 71 is definitely at the better end of this small development. Please note there are dangerous cliffs surrounding Palm Gardens, some of which are not fenced off at the end of the resort (Aug08). Palm Gardens itself is fine but the communal pool and surrounding area is very small and crowded when considering that there are 80 townhouses. Sun beds both at the pool and the house are in short supply. Overall I would have no difficulty recommending, it compares very well with the local Rocha Brava and Villa do Golf resorts."

We have only had one review to date , which we feel makes it difficult to fully appreciate the property and Palm Gardens, but there is another similar property in Palm Gardens with numerous reviews of the houses and Resort on page 1 of this web site.
