Situated 1,5km from Carvoeiro, which apart from its magnificent beaches offers a wide selection of shops, bars, restaurants, golf & sporting facilities.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 3 twin and 1 cots, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming calls only.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 10 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a west facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, a barbeque, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

steve says: "Large spacious accommodation - easily accessable to local facilities as well as access back on road network to other parts of the algarve. We have stayed in different accommodation both in and around Carvoeiro and elswewhere on the Algarve and this was the best. Only minor negative, it was hot and could have done with air con or fans, but overall we had a great holiday due in large part to the accommodation."
