Albufeira is a very popular holiday destination offering something for everyone from the Old Town with its narrow cobbled streets, the numerous sandy beaches nearby and the cafes, bars and restaurants of 'the strip'. A unique atmosphere can be experienced in the Old Town with its white washed houses and Moorish arches around the main square. You can relax on 'Praia da Pescadores' or Fisherman's beach where they can still be seen bringing in their catches.
