Villa 8 Atlantico Norte
This modern 4 bedroom luxury villa is situated in the sought after resort, Quinta do Lago, the Algarve’s premier leisure resort. It is beautifully furnished throughout offering comfort, privacy and space. The landscaped garden backs onto the fairways of Sao Lourenco Golf Course. Within 5-10 min drive you will find a long golden sandy beach, six championship golf courses, a choice of cafes, restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets.
The spacious, well furnished lounge is equipped with a feature fire place, Cable TV, DVD, CD player and a music system. Sliding patio doors lead from the lounge to the terrace which overlooks the large pool (12m x 6m) which can be heated on request, and garden down to the golf course. Next to the pool is a covered BBQ terrace area with a built in gas BBQ. There is plenty of seating available on the terrace.
The separate dining room adjoins the kitchen and has seating for eight. Patio doors lead to the poolside terrace.
The modern kitchen is fully fitted and equipped which includes a dishwasher, microwave, two ovens, 6 ring hob, double door American fridge freezer and a coffee/espresso maker.
There is a separate utility room with washing machine and dryer.
There are two master bedrooms on the first floor. Both feature a large king size bed, en-suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath and walk in shower and patio doors to a large sun terrace overlooking the pool and golf course. One of these bedrooms also has cable TV.
On the ground floor are two twin bedded rooms which can be made up as doubles, both with en-suite shower rooms and patio doors to the pool terrace and garden area.
On the lower floor there is a TV room which has two sofa beds.
The villa is air-conditioned throughout and the pool can be heated (supplements payable). Wireless broadband is also available.
Changeover day is : Saturday during peak season, flexible at other times.
