A charming refurbished old farm cottage, the walls are 50 cm thick so it remain reasonable cool during the summer.
Large 6m by 6m patio layed with old river stone. the pool area is separate from the main patio, down a few steps to the decked area to the solar heated pool which is approx 24 feet by 12 feet and approx 4 feet deep, the pool may be used by the owners when it is unoccupied.
There are a number of sun beds and sun chairs together with a couple of large sun umbrellas attatched to the cottage is an awning to give shade whilst eating al fresco.
A table and 4/6 chairs are on the patio for eating outside.
There are floor fans available with no whiring blades to endanger children.
The bathroom has the normal facilities and has a large walkin shower 2m by 1m with the shower head at one end.
The views are exceptional with distant sea views and stunning countryside views. the cottage is south facing and has the sun all day, in the evening glorious sunsets to west will have you watching them and forgetting to eat or drink. One thing is sure, here you can relax more than you can imagine, but equally there are many attraction nearby, the beach is 25 minutes away, local town with its daily and Saturday markets, its many shops and many very good ecconomical restaurants. A good holiday for everybody.
