Completed in 2005, Apartment Wyborn is a second floor apartment, superbly situated on Lagos Marina, only a ten minute walk to Meia Praia beach. The restaurants and bars on the Marina quay side are a five minute stroll away and a further five minutes will take you across the opening bridge into Lagos town centre where there are many more shops, bars and restaurants to choose from. The golf courses at Palmares and Boavista Golf Resort are within five to ten minutes drive and the courses at Penina to the east and Parque da Floresta Golf and Leisure Resort to the west are about 25 minutes drive away.

The apartments are built around a central garden area where there is a large swimming pool, a pool for children and extensive sun terracing with loungers. There is also a playground for children in the near vicinity. Lifts are available to the apartments and 24 hour security is provided.
 

The living area at Apartment Wyborn is well furnished with twin sofas, a coffee table and dining table to seat four. Patio doors lead to a balcony which is furnished for outside dining and overlooks the pool area and to the Marina beyond. Satellite TV (Sky News, BBC News channel, Euro Sport etc), CD and DVD are also provided. Air conditioning is fitted throughout the apartment, providing both cooling and heating, depending on your requirement but making this property a suitable choice for a winter stay.
The kitchen is fully fitted and includes a full electric cooker, fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, kettele, toaster, coffee maker and microwave and juice maker. The master bedroom has a double bed and an en suite bathroom with shower over the bath. There is a built-in safe in the wardrobe. The second bedroom has twin beds and both rooms have large wardrobes providing plenty of hanging space. There is a further separate shower room.

A Spa and health club is available at the Marina Club Suite Hotel just a short walk away, payable locally.
 

The cosmopolitan town of Lagos, which many believe to be the best on the Algarve, is on your doorstep. The Marina dominates the river as it opens into the sea and you can choose activities such as deep sea fishing, a dolphin seafari trip and yacht hire. Lagos is an historic town with some city walls still standing after the earthquake of 1755 and there are several museums and churches worth a visit. This is a working Portuguese town with markets, shops and plenty of restaurants and cafes to choose from. The fabulous west coast beaches, where the surfing is renowned, are only 30 minutes drive away and the Monchique hills and the historic old capital of the Algarve, Silves, is an equal distance the other way. As Apartment Wyborn is so centrally situated, a car is not essential for your holiday enjoyment but to gain an appreciation of just what the Western Algarve can offer, a car is recommended.

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The apartment has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The apartment is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a east facing balcony, interesting views. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
