A secluded 3 bedroom villa with pool and panoramic views over the fishing village of Carvoeiro and sea beyond. The villa sits in its own large grounds on top of a small hill five minutes walk from the heart of the village, its beach and bars. It has secure, spacious and comfortable accommodation cleaned most days by a maid, and is ideal for a family or several couples.

It boasts an impressive living area with terrace overlooking the large secluded and walled swimming pool. A barbecue lies near to an olive tree where you can eat, siesta or catch the rays. There is a selection of books, DVDs or the usual TV on Sky (bring your own Sky Card for some channels).

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 single sofa bed. This gives room for up to 7 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has television. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming calls only.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a fridge, a kettle. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Jane says: "We have just returned from a wonderful week at Casa Sau Patricio - having read the previous review several hours before leaving I was quite worried about what to expect. The villa is beautiful, high on a hill with the most amazing views. It was scrupulously clean & had everything we could need for our holiday. It is furnished in Portugese style & was very welcoming & homely. We had no problem with the sewers or electrics or anything else & the week passed in a flash of sunbeds & swimming in the beautiful pool. My family would happily return for another visit."
