The spacious apartment, which is a short walk from beautiful beaches, sleeps 4 people and is on a prestige condominium of 15 privately owned apartments. It is set in beautiful landscaped gardens with its own large swimming pool.

The area of Sesmarias is semi-rural with only low-rise buildings. It is a quiet and peaceful setting yet is only 5 minutes walk to the secluded cove of Castelo Beach and 5 minutes drive to Salgados golf course, one of the most challenging courses in the Algarve. There is a small supermarket close by and a range of good restaurants within walking distance.

The sun terrace is large and spacious with patio table and 6 chairs, 4 sun beds and small tables. Ideal for those lazy breakfasts, long leisurely lunches or twighlight suppers or just curling up on a sunbed with a good book. 

The apartment has been furnished and equiped to a very high standard. It is located only a 35 minute drive from Faro airport. The coastline is stunning with many hidden sandy coves with small beach restaurants with beautiful views. If it is rest and relaxation that you want then look no further.

The many restaurants nearby serve local produce. One of our favourites is the fish restaurant on the small stunning cove of Evaristo (10 min walk)where you can either just have a drink or choose which of the locally caught fish you would like cooked to eat whilst watching the beautiful sunset. The condiminium itself is very quiet and secure with gated entrance and often you have the large pool to yourselves. The owners ensure that the garden and pool are maintained to a very high standard.

It is the ideal location to explore the Algarve and a short drive inland takes you into the orange, almond and lemon groves where you can still see farmers hand ploughing their fields.

A 15 minute drive takes you inland to Ghia known by the locals as 'the village of restaurants' where you can eat very reasonably in 'Ramerias' - the famous chicken piri-piri restaurant - be warned it is loud and busy, filled with locals but serves fantastic food and has a wonderful atmosphere.

If you like driving or walking there are some wonderful places to explore and the drive inland to the Monchique foot hills takes you through lovely countryside and through the eucalyptus trees. A journey up to Foi, the highest point in ther Algarve, is well worth it to see the stunning views back to the coast.
 

The town of Albuferia with its nightlife and developing marina is a 10-minute drive away. The old town of Albufeira retains a great deal of its traditional character as a small fishing village.

The apartment is ideally situated to explore the whole of the Algarve and a 15 - 20 minute drive can take you into the Monchique foothills and another way of life, with the drives through the citrus groves and eucalyptus trees being breathtaking.

The beautiful town of Silves is not far away. The town has an ancient Moorish Castle and light shows in the evening.

There are numerous sandy beaches close by some with water sport activities. Boat trips are available along the spectacular coast line dotted with caves and secluded sandy beaches.
 

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 2 bathrooms for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The apartment has dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
