Casa Encantadora is located in the prestigious Monte Lemos area of Praia da Luz, approximately fifteen minutes walk from the beach and five to ten minutes walk from many of the restaurants, bars, cafes and shops that the town offers. The villa is set in a walled garden, accessed by security gates and with ample parking space for two or three cars. The property is level with landscaped garden areas and there is a good sized pool with an outside shower. Plenty of outside furniture is provided for your enjoyment as is the built in charcoal barbeque area located to one side of the house. 

The kitchen, living/dining room and one twin bedroom with an en suite shower room and separate cloakroom are downstairs. The kitchen is large with an electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer and washer/dryer together with the usual kettle, toaster, iron and board.

The living area is also large with a dining table to seat six and three 2 seater settees arranged around a coffee table. Patio doors from this room lead out onto the pool terrace. The villa also benefits from under floor heating which, together with the log burner in the sitting room, provides all the comfort needed for the cooler evenings of the winter. Satellite TV (limited channels only), a radio/tape/CD player, DVD and play station with a separate small screen are provided. The ground floor bedroom has twin beds with an en suite shower and there is also a separate cloakroom on this floor.

Upstairs, the master bedroom has patio doors leading out onto two terraces, both furnished with table and chairs and having good sea views. The bed can be made up as a double or two singles and the en suite bathroom has a bath with shower over. The third bedroom has twin beds, an en suite shower room and patio doors to a small terrace, furnished with table and chairs, where you can also enjoy a good sea view.
 

Casa Encantadora makes an ideal location for a holiday at any time of the year. Praia da Luz is also an excellent base from which to discover the rest of the beautiful Western Algarve; the choice of activities and places to visit and explore from this area is exceptional.
The cosmopolitan town of Lagos, which many believe to be the best on the Algarve, is only about 10 minutes drive away. The Marina dominates the river as it opens into the sea and you can choose activities such as deep sea fishing, a dolphin seafari trip and yacht hire. Lagos is an historic town with some city walls and there are several museums and churches worth a visit. This is a working Portuguese town with markets, shops and plenty of restaurants and cafes to choose from. The fabulous west coast beaches, where the surfing is renowned, are only 30 minutes drive away and the Monchique hills and the historic old capital of the Algarve, Silves, is an equal distance the other way. A car is not essential for your holiday enjoyment but to gain an appreciation of just what the Western Algarve can offer, a car is recommended.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin, 3 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 4 WCs for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

One of the twin bedrooms with ensuite facilities is on the ground floor and the garden can be accessed safely. 

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, sea views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking.

The villa is right beside swimming.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, flying, walking, cycling, horse riding, golf, tennis, a sports center, historic sites, a museum, a zoo, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find scuba diving, a themepark.
