Boavista (approx 15kms) or can play closer at Penina (4kms). This smart villa is at the end of a terrace in a cul de sac, just opposite the Parque leisure club. The leisure club boasts impressive pools: a large kidney shaped outdoor pool, an outdoor children’s pool and a heated indoor pool with separate Jacuzzi. The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a south facing garden, a north facing patio area, a west facing balcony, a barbeque, a tennis court. Katie says: "The property was clean and tidy and had all the facilities we were expecting. Only a short distance from the swimming pool and cafe. The water sprinklers were the only cause for concern as they seem too be timed fro inapropriate times of the day and would spray almost into the prooperty when the door was opened making the floor slippy or making us soaking wet when we were all dressed up to go out. It did become a bit of a joke by the end though!"
