Situated at the top of the village , the townhouse is close to the ocean . It is composed of 3 bedrooms a living room extended by a veranda wich roof can be opened .
You need only 10 mns on foot to reach the little harbour or the beach . The kitchen has got all the modern equipments and is big enough to welcom 6 people around the table .
From it a door opens to the veranda where you have another table for 6 persons .
There is a bath -room in the living room , and 2 others ( one in the suite , and the other in the main bath- room . 

My wife and I happened to bypass this cute little harbour about 15 years ago while we were going to a timeshare resort , and ,at the first sight of it we fell instantly in love with it . That is why from that t ime on we decided that we would do whatever we could to buy a house in this village .As it as a pyramidal shape , you can reach the top by using 10th of differents itineraries and once you arrive at the dominating church , you get a breath- taking view over the estuary of the river arade and of the marina across on the opposite side . There are fishing -boats going to Portimao port and sometimes even cruise-boats . 

Ferragudo is also quite lively , Of course , there are plainty of souvenir shops , restaurants of all kinds .and , obove all , the little harbour with the fishing nets on the ground that is so picturesque !

The village house comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the in the living room. This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The village house has 2 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the village house cool.

The village house has television satellite/cable.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
