Almerimar is suitable for couples and families, it boasts the second largest marina in Europe, an established golf course and a Blue flag beach. The Sierra Nevada mountains are 90 minutes away for skiing from November to March. The luxury apartment is a private home offered to share with guests and is equipped and furnished to a high standard.  

Brisas de Almerimar is a luxury complex with landscaped gardens with the pool area overlooking Lake Victoria. The large swimming pool has a separate children’s pool with lifeguards on duty at all times. Patio furniture is available for the use of guests to enjoy the weather and views. The apartment also has books, dvds, board and card games for your enjoyment. 

Almerimar Golf Course was designed by Gary Player. It is currently being updated from 18 to 27 holes. Within 20 minutes drive are a further two courses – Envia, built in a mountain basin surrounded by luxurious houses and Playa Serena located in Roquetas de Mar. About an hour’s drive along the motorway are 3 further courses, Valle del Este, Desert Springs and Mojacar Marina all offering top quality courses.

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Lounge Area. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 2 bathrooms for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The apartment has television dvd. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
