The villa is located on the Selva di Fasano hills, at the border between Brindisi and Bari. From these two cities Selva is easily reachable by car within 45 minutes. A wide private road leads to the building, which was designed by the “stone masters” of Apulia, carried out completely in “chianche” (ancient stones recovered form the demolition of churches and old buildings). This gives it a rustic and elegant look, in perfect harmony with the surrounding nature, while standing out against the background due to it's ancient terracotta tiles and large wooden patio. It is the ideal place to enjoy silence and nature. From the The hills of Fasano incline gently towards the sea of Monopoli, Savelletri and Torre Canne, Rosamaria and Ostuni, being only 20 minutes from the villa. The inland on the other hand is easily reachable within 15-20 minutes, such as the Itria Valley with it's magic “trulli” (traditional cone shaped houses) and in particular Alberobello, Cisternino and Martina Franca. Various exclusive tourist resorts in Apulia offer cultural happenings, especially during the summer there are many folklore events. It's the ideal place for those who wish to enjoy silence and nature, while at the same time being close to basic shopping facilities and services (bars, markets, etc. only 5 minutes from Selva di Fasano).  

A yard, completely paved with “chianche”, leads to the main entrance through which the large hall appears where a big fireplace stands out. The hall is furnished with peasant-like rustic furniture of Apulia (bread chests, chests and long tables known as “fratini”) and embellished with pottery and old jars. The hall leads to a large fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms and a bathroom with bath. At the right side of the hall you’ll find the wooden staircase which leads to a small attic, where a twin bedroom has been obtained. On the outside, a system of small terraces and staircases leads you to a room below with a bathroom. This room is being used as garage, tools booth and storage. A wide garden (oax, walnut-trees and figues) and a fine wood circle the villa surrounded by silence and vegetation. 

This is a strategic area. It is located at the middle of Itria Valley that you can reach in a 15 minutes. There are a lot of historical and cultural interests' places and natural reserve as well. It is one of the most interested area for wine production and gastronomic tours. Many location are easly to reach: Polignano a Mare, riuns of Ignazia, Torre Guaceto natural reserve, the "white city" of Ostuny, Locorotondo and Alberobello with their magical "trulli"& Martina Franca. During the night life, you can find many bars & restaurants in all these small villages. Very interested is the "Valle d'Itria festival" from July to early August with the international performance of music, jazz ,opera & classical. One hour by car you can reach also the "penisola salentina"that is considered the thirth island of Italy after Sicily & Sardinia. Salento is full of sunny beaches(six of them are blue flag approved). If you go inland, you find the beautiful city of Lecce, nicknamed the Florence of Puglia. You can see why the italians have been keeping the Valle d'Itria something of a secret. 

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin and 2 cots. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the living room. This gives room for up to 7 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming calls only.

There is room for 12 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a west facing garden, a east facing patio area (with heater), a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside walking, cycling, mountain biking, tennis, historic sites, a zoo, a restaurant, a food shop.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, swimming, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, climbing, horse riding, a sports center, scuba diving, a museum, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find sailing, water skiing, flying, golf.
