Trullo Rosa is a renovated ancient trullo situated in between Alberobello and Martina Franca with wonderful views across the Itria Valley. It sits in it's own grounds of two acres with olive, almond, fig and walnut trees. Outside there is a large stone paved terrace and an original pizza oven built into the side of the trullo. Alongside the large private infinity swimming pool is a gazebo, bbq area and heated spa bath. There is plenty of outdoor furniture and sun loungers. 

 

 

THE LOUNGE. The lounge is the main trullo cone and includes an alcove with sitting area with an open fireplace. There is comfortable leather furniture, occasional chairs and TV, DVD and CD player. DINING AREA. Off the lounge is the dining alcove with seating for six at the table KITCHEN. The kitchen has door out to the terrace and pool and is fully equiped with a washing machine, fridge freezer, oven, hob and stone worktops. BEDROOM 1. A double room with double bed, with an excellent shower room. and double doors to the terrace and pool area BEDROOM 2. A double room with patio door to the pergola and pool. BEDROOM 3. A twin bedded room SHOWER ROOM. There is another excellent shower room equiped with heated towel rails.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, walking, cycling.

Close to the villa you will find historic sites, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find a beach, fishing, golf, a zoo.

sue says: "Our only disappointment was that the spa was not working for the whole week and was one of the advertised amenities that drew us to chosing the trullo. However, the property and area were so beautiful we were exceedingly happy with our choice and dint want to come home. The drive up to the villa was along a narrow , bumpy, undulating, walled road with a final steep appoach, so not good for a non confident driver, but it was worth it."
