Villa Grilla is a quiet villa, typically built in local stone, situated near the historical city of Martina Franca and Valle dItria, in the middle of Puglia, Italy.
In the villa, that is to 3 minutes from the village of San Paolo, you can appreciate the typical antiques that characterize the house, such as the grand mother�s kitchen, and the big dining table in the living room where to spend wonderful dinner with your family and friends.
The fireplace in the living room will create a romantic atmosphere.
Villa Grilla comprises three bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room, sleeping a max of 7 people.
You will find, for your entertainments, TV, DVD, and Radio.

Villa Grilla offers a large garden with a rich vegetation including fruit trees. The two covered patios ensure you fresh air during the day time, while the uncovered patio, with comfortable deckchairs, will guarantee your tanning!
Close to the patios, outside the building, you can also enjoy the pizzas oven and the BBQ.
There is also a basket for your sport!

Villa Grilla is surrounded by very nice woods with �Masserie� (Italian Farm Houses), where you can see horses, cows, sheep, and foxes.
Villa Grilla is within 30 minutes of both Adriatic and Jonian wonderful beaches with their white sand and crystal water, where you can swim and fishing.

Martina Franca is a smart town settled 431 metres above sea level, lying over one of the last southern hills in the south-east of the Murgia area. It overlooks the charming Valle d�Itria, a beautiful region with trees and white houses called �trulli�.
The main attraction of the town is definitely the old town centre, a typical example of baroque art, with its smart streets, its white lanes, its elegant mansions and its stately and monumental churches.

Besides a fascinating landscape, marked by the ancient �casedde�, the famous �trulli� and the typical local farms called �masserie�, Martina Franca is surrounded by a Karst territory, rich in suggestive caves.

In the villa you will find typical antiques near the fireplace. The large garden can offer you a very relaxing time. Close to the patio, outside the building, you can enjoy the pizzas oven. There is also a basket for your sport!

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin. The property also has 1 single sofa bed located in the living room, 2 double bunk beds located in the twin bedrooms. This gives room for up to 7 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use.

The villa has television dvd. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
