Trullo Martinese has 2 double bedrooms, one with en-suite shower room. The living area has a tv
and dvd player, as well as a satellite connection providing some UK channels. The kitchen/dining area has a large dining table for 4 people plus a well equipped kitchen area. The main bathroom has a bath with shower over. Internally the trullo has fantastic exposed natural stone (original) ceilings and archways, including the trullo cone above the kitchen/dining area. 

To the front of the trullo is a patio area with a lovely view across the countryside to the beautiful hilltop town of Locorotondo in the distance. A roof terrace provides views across the countryside and is a perfect place to bask in the sun or watch the amazing sunsets. Double doors open from the main bedroom onto the shaded verandah, with garden furniture, which in turn leads out to the swimming pool. 

The trullo is located in a quiet country lane, but is perfectly situated to explore all of the sights of Puglia. Located between the popular towns of Martina Franca (7km), Locorotondo (7km) and Alberobello (10km), yet the Adriatic coast can be easily reached within a 30 minute drive. 

Fantastic view of the beautiful hilltop town of Locorotondo from the patio areas, whilst the roof terrace also provides panoramic views across the surrounding countryside, taking in the towns of Martina Franca and Cisternino in the distance.

The villa comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find an oven, a fridge, a kettle. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
