“Casa Cecca” is an independent house built in 1920’s, restored to its original beauty from the vaulted ceilings to the “chianche” a typical stone found in the area.
The property has a very well designed front garden, a beautiful and cosy living room, one master bedroom, one guest room (sleeps 2)and a very comfortable bathroom with a huge (American style)shower. Furthermore a sun room, with fireplace, whose windows watch on the huge back garden and orchard with fruit trees of any kind and a last model 6 seater Jacuzzi.
Our vacation home is situated just outside Cisternino, hence it allows to relax and enjoy the quite of the countryside, and in the same time it is possible to reach Cisternino and its activities in less than ten minutes, by feet.
 

We are offering our beautifully restored 1920 house, in the Itria Valley at the feet of the hill where Cisternino is located. We are in Southern Italy, precisely in Puglia. Land of Trulli, beautifully torched olive trees, and light blue sea.
Cisternino is surrounded by all this, and its old town has white washed walls with flowers all over the balconies.
While Cisternino is very alive in the Summer with café and restaurants, the Piazza is its focal point, it is very quite and it has a very slow pace from September to May.

Cisternino is one of the most amazing destinations in Italy, and you will be immersed in the daily life of a typical Mediterrenean town.

The beautiful emerald beaches are only 15 minutes away, and the country side with its twisted olive trees and grape fields abounds, the scenery is truly majestic with the picturesque trulli popping all over the country side.

In the back garden there is a brand new 6 seaters Jacuzzi, for plenty of relax! You can sip a glass of wine surrounded by the countryside and enjoying the view of Cisternino and its hills!

The villa comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin and 1 cots. . This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television. The music system will play cds, radio. A computer with Internet connection is also available for your use.

There is room for 9 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find an oven, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private west facing swimming pool, a garden, a patio area, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, swimming, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, horse riding, golf, tennis, scuba diving, historic sites, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.
