The villa has 2 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table, table tennis.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private swimming pool, a east facing garden, a east facing patio area, a south facing balcony, panoramic views. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the villa you will find fishing, golf, historic sites, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a restaurant.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find a beach, skiing/snowboarding.

jamie says: "The property was just what we wanted and close enough to Pau for meals etc.The village was charming and the house had everything that you would need. One thing I would say is that twin beds instead of doubles would have been handy even the type that can be zipped together and an extra soffa bed in small room leading through to the bedroom would max your rental potential. We would love to go again "
