On the ground floor :
A very large open plan kitchen/dining room with doors leading out onto the garden.The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, electric hob and coffee machine with extensive cupboards and there is a large dining table seating twelve :
A separate small sitting room with satellite TV and DVD system and two sofabeds, again with doors leading outside to the garden and stairs leading to the first floor - A double bedroom with double bed (160 cm) - A bathroom with WC and washing machine
On the first floor :
Two double bedrooms, one with a double bed (1,40m) and the other with twin beds (0,90 m each), each with a modern ensuite showerroom - There is a separate WC
Bedlinen and towels as well as garden furniture and a barbecue are provided.There is also a table tennis table. Please bring your own towels for outside use.

Is a recently converted farmhouse set in the midst of the vineyards about 3 kms from the lively town of Ste Foy la Grande with its picturesque Saturday market . Its position is unusual in as much as it is set in the quiet of the countryside yet within walking distance of a large supermarket, ideally situated mid way between the Dordogne and Bordeaux regions, about 30 minutes from Bergerac airport, 20 minutes from the famous Saint Emilion vineyards, forty minutes from Bordeaux and about an hour from the Atlantic beaches. It has a small wooded garden of about an acre with a recently installed salt swimming pool (6 x 3,5m) complete with alarm. Bedlinen and towels as well as garden furniture and a barbecue are provided.There is also a table tennis table. Please bring your own towels for outside use.
