It is ideally positioned for both relaxing in the calm of the countryside and for visiting the famous prehistoric sites of interest. Driving along a private road, through private woodland, guests will arrive at the shaded parking area situated behind the house.
Set in a delightful and elevated position with spectacular views over the adjacent countryside, the large garden and maintained woodland allow children to have extensive space for running and playing without danger.

This room is on a split-level and joins the kitchen-dining area. A large dining table may comfortably accommodate 6 persons and for up to 10 persons with an extension.
The kitchen is well equipped with gas hob top, gas oven double sink and the adjoining utility room discreetly hosts the fridge-freezer, microwave oven, coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, and all necessary modern equipment for preparing a feast of local dishes.The kitchen door opens out to the sun terrace with a garden table, chairs and parasol for shade from the hot midday sun.
Upstairs are 4 further bedrooms: two double rooms, one single bedroom and 'pull-out' bed and one bunk-bed room. There is a second bathroom here with shower, wash basin and toilet. The property was a family home until recently and therefore it is very well equipped and a selection of books and children's games are available for entertainment.
