Situated in an excellent location on the second floor of Clube Nautilus complex, Armacao de Pera, Porches, Algarve, in this nice complex with communal swimming pool, yet only meters away from the beach.

The fully furnished lounge/dining room has a double sofa bed and all the rest of the furnishings you expect including cable Television with DVD.

There are two deluxe fitted bathrooms with marble walls and floors - the en-suite to the main bedroom has hydro massage tub, whilst the second bathroom has a toilet and shower.

The Algarve is Portugal's playground. Sunshine is virtually guaranteed for 6 months of the year, while spring comes early and even in the depths of winter afternoon temperatures usually reach a pleasant 15 deg C (60 deg F).

Summers are hot and sunny but are refreshed by cooling breezes on the coast. July and August are the hottest months. Autumn and winter days are mild, but you will need a jacket in the evening, or just enjoy some of the local Port to keep you warm!

Food is one of the great pleasures of a holiday in the Algarve, with plenty of excellent fresh seafood and locally produced organically grown vegetables full of flavour, not to mention Chicken Peri-Peri grilled on the barbeque outside many restaurants.



 

Club Nautilus is situated 20km west of Albufeira within close proximity to the bustling town of Armacao de Pera with its long stretches of golden sands.

Club Nautilus is cradled in beautiful gardens filled with exotic plants and enjoys a dazzling view of the sea. A private footpath leads you onto the seashore to relax, sunbathe, visit one of the three beach reastaurants or enjoy the wide range of water sports available.

It is easily accessible via the new motorway from Faro where many airlines now fly into.

The complex is right on the beach, and the apartment have sea views from the balcony.

The apartment is centrally placed for all the famous golf courses, and there are discounted golf rates for all of the Algarve's golf courses available through the club's sister company Balaia Golf in Vilamoura, so now you can enjoy a beach and golfing holiday at the same time. The closest Golf courses are only 10-20 minutes drive away.

Clube Nautilus is in set in a quiet peaceful environment, but bars and local restaurants are only a few minutes walking distance away, so really suited for all ages.

If a cot is required, please request this at the time of booking. Air-conditioning units are fitted that can be independantly controlled in the two bedrooms. Free Welcome pack included with Milk, water, ham, cheese, butter, bread, coffee, tea, sugar, biscuits and jam.

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Living room. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool.

The apartment has television dvd, satellite/cable.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The apartment is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a west facing garden, a east facing patio area, a east facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage.

Edith says: "My husband and I spent a lovely month at the apartment in Clube Nautilus. It was very clean and bright and well appointed. Plus the price for this long stay was excellent. Though the balcony faced the street on the east side, the noise was not a bother. The complex is very well maintained and in a location that allows for easy beach access as well as within a short walking distance into Armacao de Pera, a city with everything one could need. We loved to hear the ocean at night and to watch the waves during the day. Thank you for a fabulous winter get-away."
