The large open spaces of our home are adorned with stucco veneziano columns and marble/tile flooring will take your breath away. The villa is just a short drive (3 minute) from the beautiful clear waters of the Aegean where you can swim on the famous Schinias beach and enjoy a fresh seafood meal after your long langorous swim.

Windows overlooking the 360 degree view of the islands will entice you to spend many an hour on the wide tiled verandas. On a clear day one can see as far as Andros, Kea, Evia and several uninhabited islands.

A large living room/dining room designed in a Greek classical style yet modern and very comfortable with an open concept kitchen, can easily accommodate 10 people.
The living room is painted light yellow with blue "stucco venetsiano" columns and hidden lighting. The flooring is made of light blue tiles with marble stairs and marble fireplace. It has air conditioning in addition to a ceiling fan.
Through the large four windows a breathtaking view is lying at your feet! Literally, from the top of the hill you can see the famous Marathon beach with its unique blue waters. On a clear day one can see as far as Andros, Kea, Evia and several uninhabited islands. The sunrise over the island of Evia is an unforgettable experience. The blue couch becomes either two single beds or a queen size bed to accommodate some extra guests.

A well-equipped kitchen with a pass through marble bar to the dining room is perfect for entertaining and enjoying the same view as the living room. A ceramic cook top and convection over, coupled with a microwave oven and a gas powered BBQ will meet most if not all of the requirements for a chef if cooking at home is your choice. Dishwasher, top of the line refrigerator, washer and drier, add to your comfort away from home.

The dining room is simply furnished with a 50s retro dining room table and chairs.

There are two large bedrooms and two baths in this part of the villa. It can easily accommodate up to 8 guests. If you need mroe bedroom/bath capability, we can rent to you an additional bedroom. Just ask us..

The lower south facing bedroom has a good size loft and an en-suite bathroom. It can accommodate two-four people. It is well designed for a family or friends. The en-suite bathroom renders this bedroom an independent suite. The bathroom is beautifully tiled with custom design and has a shower. The loft accommodates two single beds, has its own window and overlooks the bedroom downstairs. It communicates with the downstairs with a spiral wooden staircase. The downstairs can easily be used as a sitting room. The bedroom opens to the primary veranda. The couch can be assembled as two single beds with a dividing side table, a queen size bed or a single bed and a chair divided by a side table. It has its own built-in closet. This bedroom is separated from the rest of the apartment by 6 steps to the living room.

The second bedroom on the other side of the kitchen has a queen size bedroom suite and a large built in closet. The bedroom window opens to a breathtaking view of the Aegean. The master bathroom has a full size bathtub/shower combination and is beautifully tiled with custom designs.

The veranda off the living room and bedroom is 55 sq m with astounding views of the coast. If you are an early riser you can enjoy some of the most spectacular sun rises in your life. If sleeping until mid day is more to your liking, then you can enjoy the sunsets and night views of the coast. In the evening, thousands of small lights bordering the land in front of you complemented by the beautiful sky lit by thousands of stars will forever stay in your memory. THE AEGEAN SEA: Only a short distance via a nice hike down the hill side or short drive by car (3 minutes) you can enjoy delightful swims, snorkeling, or diving off the rocky coast in the crystal clear waters of the Aegean Sea. Diving off the rocks is fun and popular. The fish and other marine life are delightful to watch while snorkeling. The rocky coastline abounds with secluded spots perfect for sunbathing in privacy.

SCHINIAS BEACH: perhaps one of the best beaches in the world for small children and adults with poor swimming skills located only 5 minutes away by car. The water is crystal clear and shallow. Small children and toddlers can wade approximately one hundred meters out to sea and still be in water that is not over their heads. Adults must wade about 300 meters out to reach chest deep water. The beach is protected and rarely has waves of any size. It does not have any currents or tides to endanger children. Unlike most beaches in Greece, Schinias Beach is a sand beach with a pine forest growing down to the water’s edge. It is perfect for picnics. Needless to say, it is very popular with Greek parents.

NIGHTLIFE: Privacy and nature beauty is what our community offers. Nightlife is only a few minutes way, a short ride to the nearest town of Nea Makri. Go out to eat, dance and mil around in the square, go shopping, watch the people, and the come home away from it all.

On the beach of Schinias, there are wonderful sports facilities which are rated the best in the Attiki area. You can spend the day there, swimming, jet skiing, sailing, playing voley ball, having lunch, dinner, enjoy the music and the relaxed atmosphere. It is great for families, young and old alike.
 

EXCURSIONS: You want to go see the islands for a day or two, or just a few hours, you have several opportunities to do so. The port of Rafina is 30 minutes away. You can visit several islands you like frorm there. A day trip will take you to Andros, Tinos, Mikonos and Karystos. Just down the hill from us within 10 minutes you can take the ferry across to Evia, take a ride, and be back for dinner.
If you want to go into Athens, you can leave your car at the station, and take the beautiful, clean air-conditioned bus into Athens and leave the driving to the Greeks. Within 1 hour you will be at the metro station from where you can go anywhere you please.
The national highway is within 30 minutes form the villa. If driving and exploring the mainland is to your liking, it is quick and easy. Corinth is 1.5 hours away, Delphi 2.5 hours, Mycenae is 2 hours and many other fabulous spots waiting for your discovery. 

A beautiful vacation villa close to the most pristine beach of Attiki, Schinias. It is located on the hill of a gated community. The villa has three floors. The first floor of the villa is fully air-conditioned, offers two bedrooms, two baths (one en-suite), a loft in the second bedroom. It has 150 Sq m living space, excluding the verandas. It can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests especially if they are family. If more privacy is required, we can offer a third bedroom on the second floor with en-suite bath. If an even larger group needs to be accommodated, or more bathrooms are needed, we do offer the penthouse as well. That would be the top two floors. We do not rent both parts of the villa to different groups, to insure privacy.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 single and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Living room 2 double bunk beds located in the Loft. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, sea views, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside a beach, swimming, water skiing, wind surfing, fishing, walking, cycling, mountain biking, a sports center, scuba diving.

Close to the villa you will find boat hire, historic sites, a museum, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a restaurant.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find a food shop.
