Our villa is located inside Schinias National Park, northeast of Athens. It is a 10 minute walk down to the rocky coast line with the many hidden coves and delightful surprises for the keen diver. Within a 5 minute drive you can enjoy the sandy beach famous among all Athenians for the sparkling clean water and large expanse of the pine forest right on the beach.

our villa has three floors, of which the top two are for rent. The ground floor is for private use only by the owner. Upon request, an additional bedroom and en-suite bath can be made available.

Three bedrooms are on the second floor along with a sitting rooms. Two of the bedrooms share a bathroom via the hallway and the master bedroom has an en-suite bath and walk in closet. The master suite and one of the bedrooms have private verandas so does the sitting room. All three bedrooms upstairs are airconditioned.

The forth bedroom with its en-suite bathroom is right off the living room on the ground floor. The living room, dinning room, kitchen and family room are on the ground floor on the same level. Perfect for any guest with any kind of physical limitation, who would rather not have to negotiate steps.

With the exception of the wood flooring in the bedrooms, all the rest of the floors are of beautiful white marble. All window treatments are specially designed and made by interior decorator. The kitchen cabinetry is rich rosewood and the refrigerator is oversize double door (side by side) with water and ice dispenser.

The back yard sports a good size BBQ area. You can BBQ and have your party out there next to the rose garden.

perfect spot! There are services available for renting of scuba diving
gear, day excursions to nearby islands of great interest to scuba
divers. Snorkeling is also great. There are several sports clubs (the
best is KARAVI) that provide all the comforts for day long swimming,
sunbathing, eating, Internet cafes, skiing, etc.

Three aquatic adventures await your pleasure. Only a few minutes down the hill from our villa, you can enjoy delightful swims, snorkeling, or diving off the rocky coast in the crystal clear waters of the Aegean Sea. Restaurants, night clubs, shopping and museums are within a 5-30 minute drive.
 

The villa comprises 5 bedrooms in total; 4 double, 1 twin and 1 cots, 3 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Upstairs family room. This gives room for up to 12 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 4 bathrooms for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming calls only.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 10 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, tennis, a sports center, historic sites, a museum, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find a zoo.

Jörg says: "After traveling with friends since 2001 all over Europe we can say, that we have a bit of an experience in renting houses in 7 different countries. After our holiday was over, we all agreed that this destination was one of the best. The house is excellent and well equipped. It is located in a place where you have your freedom but still close to all the places of excitement (Beachlife incl. all the watersport activities, Historical Places, Taverns etc). The welcome of the owner is warm and friendly and after a short tour through the house she was leaving us with all the things you need to start your holiday including a warm snack. We can also recommend the object to families with persons in a wheelchair. The only small minus point is, that they need assistance to go to the shower or the pool which is located on the basement of the house. By the way, even going to the top of the Acropolis with the wheelchair is not a problem but a great fun and experience. Also the ferry ride to the Island of Evia is peanuts with a little help of the walking ones. The people are friendly and helpful, the food is great, the accommodation is excellent, the sun is shining 7 days a week, the water is clear and warm and invites you to swim and snorkeling and last but not least places of excitement are only a cat-jump away. What you expect more for a perfect holiday?. We all ( 4 Adults and 3 children age 15-18) had a great time and we are definitely looking forward to come back again."
