The villa is situated on the beach of Ayia Thekla, near Ayia Napa. Ayia Thekla beach is just few minutes walk, the famous Nissi Beach is 3 minutes drive. Water world, the largest water park in Cyprus is again, only a 5 min drive. Agia Napa is 7-10 minutes drive, the magnificent cliffs of Cape Greco and Konnos Bay beach a mere 15 minutes. The nearby town of Paralimni has two large supermarkets to cater for all of your holiday requirements. Local supermarket is just behind the villa. There is also a restaurant in 300 meters.
