Why I bought this property
I bought this house because it is in town and therefore very accessible. The area is very quiet, in the morning all you hear are the birds. When you go on a night out it is not such a trek back home. The house itself is beautiful with a well laid three-sided lawn, I have added flower seeds on the other side of the house and they are just beginning to bloom,
The bedrooms are very large with built in wardrobes, every room has its own bathroom and toilet. The previous owner built this house for himself and his family and lived in it until he built a new one which he moved into in March. Everything has been done to the highest standard possible.

The immediate locality
It is a primarily residential area, but there is a bar/corner shop about 500 mtrs away, the supermarket is 1.5kms away.
A car is not essential, it is gentle stroll downhill to the main street, but quite steep walking back, however taxis are 4 euro from the main street to the house. The route to and from the supermarket is flat, it is possible to go down hill to main street then around to the supermarket and back to the house, about half an hour stroll otherwise it is possible to rent a car in town. Whale and dolphin watching is available, bicycle riding, diving and fishing are all available to book at the harbour.

Cafe and restquarants
Down in the city centre, there is the marina which has a bar, the harbour where it is possible to buy fish from any of the auction houses, hot rocks restaurant: canto do duc, the famous Peter cafe sport and many other eateries and drinking spots. These are all between 1 and 1.5 kms away from the house.
It is a possible to walk to most places if you like walking or just for pleasure, especially in town around the harbour and the marina.
