The house offers 140 m2s living area on 2 levels, and comprises of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms,
a bright kitchen, dining room and living room.It can comfortably accomodate 6 persons.There is central heating and fireplace for those ones, who book in the cooler seasons.
The kitchen is equipped with fridge, freezer, dishwasher,microwave,electric cooker, toaster,caffe machine etc.
LCD television,satellite, dvd, stereo, internet acces are there for your conveniance.
On the lower wooden terrace surrounded by reeds, hiding the barbecue and the swimming pool. In case you get hot, whilst making your steak, you only have to take some steps to revitalize yourself.
During this time your wife can admire the lovely lake view the upper terrace can offer. This idyllic moment can only be disturbed by your kids, who enjoy playing darts or table soccer.
Four bicycles and a rubber boat ( suitable for 3 adults) are waiting for you too.
 

You only diverged 50 meters from the property and you found yourself in one of the biggest and most beautiful forests in Hungary. You can choose various walking routes for your hiking.
Stop at the look outs, the panoramic view worth.If it is not enough, get on the bike, and ride around the Balaton’s 220 km biking track. You can stop anywhere for swimming, so you can feel like a real triathlon athlete.
Vonyarcvashegy has the most popular beach on the northern part of the lake. Water skiing, boathire, sailing are just a short list, what the village can offer.If you like fishing, the lake will be a paradise for you.
Within 5-10 minute driving distance you can find organized quad, jeep and fly tours or if you are not a motor fan horse riding.
The nearest golf course is 25 kms away.(a new one is under constuction just 8 kms from the house.
There are o lot of happenings in Vonyarcvashegy and in the neighbouring villages.Open air concerts, theatres, vine and beer festivals, sunset boat tours etc.
For shopping Keszthely and Hévíz are recommended. In their malls you can find good boutiques.In Keszthely Tesco and Interspar are also present.
The region are fully packed with delightful, intimate restaurants, offering fantastic meals at very attractive prices.You should definitely try some!



 

Keszthely(5 km): The capital of the lake with a lively harbour, the Festetics Palace surrounded by an english park is a must for everyone.

Hévíz(10 km): With its largest hot water lake in the world where bathing is possible, it attracts far more than a million tourists a year. You can enjoy outdoor bathing all year around, and visit its numerous cafes and restaurants in the centre or in the near vineyard (Egregy).

Kehidakustány(25 km):golfcourse, thermal and wellness bath for all ages.

Szigliget(20km): With its romantic landscape, hills and forests earned the name of „The Jewel of Balaton”to this village. Admire the spectacular view from the old castle ruin.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming calls only and a fax machine. Recreational activities available with the villa include a home gym.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Graham says: "The web site photographs do not do this property justice, it is in a beautiful setting, with good views of the lake from the upstairs balcony. The facilities are good and the pool area is great for lounging around. The downsides are the stairs to the first floor which are open plan with no rails either side which is a bit unnerving at the start and the double bedrooms are a bit on the small side. Definitely not advisable for young children or the elderly. A car is essential. Imre is very helpful and welcoming, it was good value for money, the house exceeded our expectations and the description was accurate. I would recommend it to a friend but make them aware of the stairs. "
