Sleeps 4-6, with two bedrooms and bathrooms, TV, living and dining areas, kitchen and sun/roof terraces.  

Cala San Vicente is a former fishing village, with three perfectly formed sandy beaches of crystal clear water.
Cala Molins beach is a three-minute walk - the emerald green waters are ideal for swimming and snorkelling.
In July and August, temperatures average daily highs of 29ºC. In May, June, September and October 22ºC to 26ºC.

LOCATION - Cala San Vicente is situated on the northern coast of Mallorca, some 35 miles northeast of Palma and the airport, and four miles northeast of Pollensa. The drive from the airport takes roughly 45 minutes, much of which is by motorway. Nearby POLLENSA is typically Mallorcan, with a lively and colourful market. PUERTO POLLENSA is a sumptuous port town, with restaurants along the promenade, and seaplanes to see the spectacular views of the harbour, and the sea cliffs of nearby FORMENTOR.

The villa comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 2 twin and 1 cots. The property also has 2 single sofa beds, 1 double sofa bed. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 1 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use.

The villa has television video, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, interesting views. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside a beach, swimming, walking, cycling.

Close to the villa you will find sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, climbing, horse riding, golf, tennis, a sports center, historic sites, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find flying, mountain biking, scuba diving, a museum, a zoo, a themepark.

Neil & Cathy says: "With the proviso that, unfortunately, we did not have good weather for our week in C'an Botana....the villa was superb - it was in great, spacious condition and comfortable for our family. The entire complex was delightful with a lovely pool and very helpful attendant, Miguel - though again the pool was underused because of weather. The village is low key but friendly and all within walking distance. As it was our first visit to Majorca we were delighted with our weeks - HIGHLY recommended."
