CASA NEPTUNO, CALA LLONGA, CALA D’OR, MALLORCA This lovely, modern, first floor apartment is situated on the edge of the marina with wonderful views from the terrace of the boats at their moorings and passing by on their way out to sea. It is set back slightly with a grassed area in front and is surrounded by the best restaurants and a short walk into the centre of Cala d’Or. The apartment is fully air conditioned and has been completely refurbished to a high standard with the most attractive, modern furniture. There are two twin bedrooms both with new beds and built in wardrobes. The front bedroom has doors opening onto a view of the marina. Between the bedrooms are two full bathrooms, both fully tiled. The sitting room has comfortable sofas, Satellite TV, DVD, and all the furniture, fittings and equipment are stylish and modern. Two steps up from the sitting room is the modern dining area and beside this is the kitchen, separated by a breakfast bar. The kitchen area is fully equipped with hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, extractor hood and washing machine. Behind the apartment is access to the swimming pools of the Green Oasis complex which is available to our clients. There is a supermarket very closeby and various shops, restaurants and bars. The Es Pou beach is a few moments walk away, as are the tennis courts. This is a really lovely apartment which we thoroughly recommend for a family holiday with all amenities on the doorstep.

Gillian says: "This was a lovely apartment in a fabulous location in the very heart of the beautiful Cala D'Or marina surrounded by wonderful yachts, cruisers and excellent restaurants. The accommodation was very comfortable and we were well looked after, having towels and bedding changed twice during our stay. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony at night watching the hustle and bustle of the marina but were never disturbed by any noise once the doors were closed. The location is excellent and suitable for families or couples. A well stocked supermarket is very close by. The pool was only 2 minutes walk from the apartment but we found this to be very busy and noisy, full of small children but this was probably due to the time of year. There is a very nice walk to the nearest beach Cala Pou which is picturesque and very close to another nice quieter pool which we were able to use. Taxis to and from the airport cost 65 Euros each way and were easily accessible. Overall we had a very good holiday exceeding all our expectations and would definately recommend this apartment to our family and friends. "
