Casa Costa is to be found within the beautiful gardens of the Zodiac Apartments. Zodiac has 24 hour porterage,a club restaurant just a few steps up from Casa Costa, a delightful pool and direct access to the sea. 

Casa Costa is situated a mere 5 miles from Palma - a fascinating and lovely town with elegant shops and restaurants. 

Casa Costa is also approx. 3 miles from Puerto Portals- with its magnificent marina, shops and restaurants. The island itself is beautiful with many places of interest to visit. All in all a perfect holiday destination. 

There are two comfortable couches which can be used for sleeping (ideally children).

The villa comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls and a fax machine.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a patio area, sea views, panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside a beach, swimming, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, a restaurant, a food shop.

Close to the villa you will find tennis, a sports center, historic sites, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a themepark.

Dave says: "We had a nice holiday in Casa Costa. Its location is excellent, as it is directly overlooking the sea, and the facilities, including pool, poolbar and resort were very good. The villa could be very spacious and has all the facilities you could need for a self catering holiday. However, we did feel that the bathrooms need attention and modernising, and that there was unneccesary furniture and ornaments making it feel cramped. Nonetheless, still had a good holiday. Thank you. "
