What made us fall in love with this property? Having lived for a number of years next to the beach and in the centre of the walled Town. Villa Elisa appealed to us for several reasons. It is quiet, friendly neighbourhood yet close to many attractions, restaurants, bars, entertainment (including that of the Hotels).
Swimming pools are also easily available in the hotels and complexes. Where children can join in the fun whilst us older ones enjoy a liquid refreshment or a snack.

What is in the immediate locality? In Avda. Pere mas Reus and neighbouring streets there are shops of every description as well as bars and restaurants to suit all tastes. From the best steaks to crepes, from Spanish Tapas to Fish and Chips.

Is a car essential? Many people spend their holiday without a car and one is not essential. To relax, enjoy the opportunity to walk around Alcudia as one would have walked around a North European seaside resort in the 60’s ( without the plastic raincoat). Unless one desires to tour the Island a car is not essential but can easily be rented for a day or more quite cheaply. So just in case bring your driving licence with you.
What is there to do nearby? Go-Karting, horse riding, scuba diving, Parachuting, sailing, nightclubbing, karoke and much more including just plain chilling-out.

Where exactly are the bars, shops and restaurants in relation to the property?
Close enough, so that the morning coffee can be taken before the coffee pot in the villa has boiled, 3 or 4 mins. stroll away and you can be sat on a terrace ordering coffee. A very well known English Family run (over 30 years) restaurant is only 4 or 5 mins. walk away. The Jolly Roger starts with breakfast and goes on till late evening, and has a swimming pool as well.
 

Villa Elisa comprises of :-

A lounge of some 59sq. mtrs, with an adjoining TV room and a large conservatory with sliding windows.
Taking several steps to a raised floor area there are 3 bedrooms, 1 double and 2 with single beds, allowing for a total of 6 persons.
The villa is on a plot of land some 470 sq mtrs 

 

parking around the Villa is abundant, situated in a residential area with a canal running North - South. Which can be easily crossed by either a footbridge or via a road bridge, giving direct access to all the main tourist attractions. To the west are views of the Mountain. Bedding provided but please bring your own towels.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the in TV/Breakfast room off the Lounge. This gives room for up to 8 people.

The villa has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd. The music system will play cassettes, cds.

There is room for 12 in the living room and 10 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a north facing garden, a east facing patio area, panoramic views, interesting views.

The villa is right beside fishing, walking, cycling, horse riding, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, swimming, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, climbing, mountain biking, golf, tennis, a sports center, scuba diving, historic sites, a museum.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find flying.

Hang-gliding, parachuting from Puig de Sant Marti. Go-Kart racing, Bellvue complex.

Jaquie says: "To all of you girls out there who like gping on women only holidays, this is the perfect villa for it. After several experiences of six or seven of us going on holiday together and wanting to share a room together was not possible when staying in a hotel. ok the hotel has got a swimming pool and a maid but renting out a villa is far cheaper if there is alot of you. which means you have more spending money for clothes. villa elisa was great because we could turn up to breakfast when we wanted and wearing comfy pj´s which we could not do in the hotel, plus you get your private sunbathing area so you can sleep all you want because no one is going to nic it. if you want qualitytime with your mates with the freedomwhich a hotel does not offer villa elisa s your dream accomodation. but please ont book the last week of june because i want it.
