Tjåttan, a beautiful modern decorated penthouse in the Bella Luna complex, with Panoramic views overs sea and the mallorquian mountains.
Two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one en suite. Sleeps 4. On the second floor and the top roof terrace above fitted with 4 sun loungers, the terrace has two sections one with beams that gives a little bit of shade for the roof dining table and the very large BBQ and one totally for the sun lovers.
The apartment is fitted with air conditioning, 37" flat screen TV, Spanish channels and English Sky, DVD, washing machine, microwave.

The Bella Luna complex offers one of the larges private pools in Cala d´Or and with its own bar and a waterfall.
We also have our own Tennis court (rackets provided in the apartment) , a short tennis court, boule ground and beach volleyball in the complex.
The beach of Cala Egos is only 4 minutes walking distance, the same distance to the bars and shops in the Cala Egos centre. Cala dOr centre is only a short 2 km walk around the lovely marina. A great place to celebrate your holidays.

The penthouse comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The penthouse has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the penthouse cool.

The penthouse has television dvd, satellite/cable.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The penthouse is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private south facing swimming pool, access to a shared south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a west facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The penthouse is right beside swimming, boat hire, wind surfing, walking, tennis.

Close to the penthouse you will find a beach, sailing, fishing, climbing, cycling, mountain biking, horse riding, golf, a sports center, scuba diving, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the penthouse you will find flying.

Caroline says: "A truly lovely apartment, quiet complex, but every thing on site you could need. The apartment was very comfortable and all the fittings etc., were of a very high standard. It was a joy to cook a meal and eat on the balcony or sun terrace. The swimming pool was enormous and quite often we had the pool to ourselves. It was a lovely holiday, exceeded our expectations and we hope to return in the very near future. The owner was helpful, but respected our privacy. Ticked all the boxes!!"
