This a beautiful country home with a large garden protected by a fence, entering though an electric gate you approach the villa with its pretty porch and terrace and the stunning swimming pool perfectly designed for children. The villa itself is spacious and comfortable with dining room, seperate living room, large family kitchen with further eating areas leading out to the back garden. There are 4 double bedrooms, comfortably sleeping 6 but with room for 8 and 3 bathrooms. The villa benefits from air conditioning in the bedrooms, there is also a barbeque area. This is an ideal getaway family villa, to relax and take it easy without being too far from the town centre at a 10 minute drive and 10-15 minutes from the beaches of Talamanca and S'estanyol.
The location
The property is located 5 minutes away from the quaint village of Jesus on the outskirts of Ibiza town, set a short drive from the main road between Jesus and Santa Eulalia, which also offers a lovely port with lovely restaurants and bars. The villa has several neighbouring houses so you will not feel isolated but you will benefit from complete tranquility.
