Philip says: "THE VILLA WAS OF AN EXCELLENT STANDARD AS WERE THE FIXTURES AND FITTINGS. THE GROUNDS WERE WONDERFUL. THE POOL WAS FINE BUT LOOKS A LITTLE OUT OF KEEPING FOR THE PROPERTY. THERE WAS NO LOCAL INFORMATION OR DETAILS OF DOCTORS AND HOSPITALS, WHICH IS IMPORTANT FOR FAMILIES. "
