Cas Concos des Cavaller is a hamlet with less than 500 residents; its origins go back to the estate of the Obrador Conco family in the 16th century, which is where the name of Cas Concos comes from. However, it was in the 19th century when most growth took place. There were various oratories at the spot where the current church stands, which was constructed at the beginning of the 20th century in the style of the old western Christian basilicas. The eastern side of the island is much gentler with undulating landscapes and lovely valleys. Here, there are natural harbours, coves to explore and a very relaxed holiday atmosphere. Porto Petro is a delightful fishing village; Portocolom, a harbour with a history to tell. At Cala d'Or there are international restaurants, watersport facilities, bars and nightlife aplenty. The country house comprises 5 bedrooms in total; 5 twin and 1 cots. . This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The country house has 3 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The country house has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 10 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this country house.

The country house is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a summer house, a south facing patio area (with heater), a south facing balcony, panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The country house is right beside swimming, walking.

Close to the country house you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, cycling, mountain biking, horse riding, golf, tennis, a sports center, scuba diving, historic sites, a museum, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the country house you will find a zoo, a theatre/cinema, a themepark.
