This rustic house has two floors, and is situated in the countryside near Llucmajor town , construction of 300 years of antiquity, completely reformed, with a private swimming pool of 10 m x 5 m. with Roman stairs , uncovered terraces, barbeque, garden with lawn. Shower by pool.

The finca is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a west facing garden, a summer house, a west facing patio area (with heater), a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Sara says: "We had a lovely holiday and really enjoyed our stay in the Finca. The owner and his wife had a welcoming bottle of wine left and gave us a nice basket of fruit and veg during the week and also some pottery jugs on departure. They were very accomadating to us and let us stay on late on the departure day. I will definitely consider returning to the finca again. I would reccomend that some instructions should be left in the house on how to use the ac and hob. If you are looking for a relaxing holiday without the hustle and bustle of a busy resort I can certainly recommend this finca"
