Cala Murada, picturesque nucleus surrounded by pinegroves where the tranquility is the attraction for residents and for the vacationers. The beach has clear waters and is placed in the river mouth of a torrent that borders on the term of Felanitx and where a natural reservoir has been formed with abundant flora and fauna.

The villa comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television satellite/cable.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a summer house, a south facing patio area (with heater), a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, walking.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, cycling, mountain biking, horse riding, golf, tennis, a sports center, scuba diving, shopping areas, a restaurant.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find historic sites, a museum, a zoo, a theatre/cinema, a food shop.

Gordon says: "The villa was nice though the grounds were very neglected. We were also cold. Hot water didn't work at the basin in master bedroom. There was no patio heater, first aid box or fire extinguisher, and no grill for the barbeque. Also we were told we didn't need a car, but it was a long walk to the only restaurant and supermarket. It was a mainly German and Spanish speaking area, no one spoke English. We didn't know it was a residential area. We tried to hire a car halfway through the week, none available and was told the bust didn't run until May. So we didn't see much at all, only the walk from the villa to the restaurant every day."
