The house is situated on the road from Son Servera to Cala Ratjada, is just 2 km from Son Servera and is just 5 minutes by car you will find the best sandy beaches on the island. In 10 Km there is Arta a small town where you can go on Tuesday to his market and try the typical mallorquinish food in one of the nice restaurants that you will find there.at 2 km you will find the popular area of Cala Bona and Cala Millor where you can find a lot of fun for all the family with restaurants ,shops,beaches, sports…..If you want to practice sports, you will find a good range of it on the area: ciclyng, ryding , tennis, diving …. and of course golf: you have 4 golf courses in 10 km, you will have discounts in Pula Golf and Son Servera.
The house is comfortably, fully furnished , with two sleeping rooms, modern and complete kitchen with all the facilities. two bad rooms , satellite tv and central heating and air conditioning in all the house, the villa has two terraces where you can have a rest or enjoys your meals watching the sea and golf views.
 

 

 

The villa comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 2 double and 1 cots. The property also has 2 single sofa beds located in the in th eliving room. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Rod says: "Property of good size and with good views. At the price we paid it was good value for money. Generally pleased. However if you are booking this and you are English-speaking and a golfer then please note: The directions were hopeless - there were a couple of lines missing on the instructions. This is a German owned property so satellite TV is German. We didn't get discounts on the golf course which was extortionately expensive."
