This cosy home is a simple one-storey layout. A lovely porch at the front, next the swimming pool to offer a living/dining area. Just beside the front porch is the swimming pool area, surrounded by a lovely garden, lawn area, solarium and a BBQ. Furnished in a traditional Mallorcan style. Spacious grounds with plenty of lemon and orange trees, oaks and pines giving the property an even more rustic feel.

The finca is situated near the town of Selva, 1 km, and only 2 km from the nearest city named Inca. Approximate 20 minutes by car from Palma and the airport. A mere 15 minutes to Alcudia’s Bay and Puerto Pollensa with its white sandy beaches.
