The villa is set in its own landscaped gardens with its own large infinity pool that is close to the terraces and can be viewed from the lounge and kitchen enabling you to keep an eye on the children.

The kitchens are individually designed and have hidden Neff appliances consisting of Steam Oven, Microwave and fridge with freezer. The unique island unit has a marble sink and top with Neff hob.

The lounge area is open plan and has the latest in home entertainment systems with a 42” plasma screen and surround sound system coupled with Sky HD and even a Playstation 3 should you wish.

If you have an extended stay and require being in touch with work then there is also a private study with Wi-Fi internet connection.

The villa has mocca marble on the ground floor rwhich extends to the terraces and to the outdoor dining area which provides views over S’ubac. In the evening you can watch the sun dip behind the mountains from the well positioned terraces whilst enjoying the mandatory barbeque and a glass of chilled wine.

Just 5 minutes drive away is Pollensa Golf a beautiful 9 hole golf course with stunning views and excellent greens.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 1 twin and 2 cots, 4 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 4 bathrooms and 5 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television and home cinema with dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include table tennis.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Tim says: "Booking Villa Vista started off very promising, we received a guide book to Majorca after we paid our deposit and a friendly email from Nick the owner. When we paid the balance we recieved a booklet all about the villa and the most fantastic directions Ive ever seen - photos of each roadsign so you cant go wrong. I think this is so important when you are tired from a flight and driving a strange car, the last thing you want is to get lost (which happened to me last time...took me hours!) The villa itself is very nice indeed, one of a pair in a quite cul de sac a few minutes drive from Pollensa, itself a charming town. The property is brand new and has been done out in a high quality contemporary style and works very well and feels very special and stylish. The villa is kitted out with every concievable gadget and I especially liked the study and easy to use wireless internet connection (i know Im sad ...) We were looked after by Axel and Shirley who quickly became great friends and couldnt do enough to make our stay a proper holiday. Thanks guys! All in all a superb villa really really well managed and equipped and a real credit to the owners and managers. Readers may be interested to know that I work for Villarenters and chose this property rather last minute ....it was a new one on the site with no reviews at the time so I knew nothing about it but my instanct was right , this is a flawless example of how to do the job right. My only negative would be that you need a car to go out - theres nothing within walking distance. But dont let that put you off as taxis are easily organsed and nearby Pollensa and the port has much to offer for wining and dining "
