This is a lovely property, complete with private swimming pool and parking, located in the countryside area of Pollença. It has large grounds of its own, and a very large lawn garden area.
The property is acceded across a gate, where there is plenty of room for parking. The villa is in excellent condition. You will notice immediately very large terrace areas in front of the house and both sides (left and right) of the house. From the front terrace you enter through the front door into the main room, which is spacious and well appointed with soft furnishings around an old-fashioned chimney. On the right hand side there is a large dining area. On the left hand, there is a double door which leads to the pool area. On the right hand there is another door which leads to the kitchen, one double bedroom and its bathroom. And a last door leads to the rest of bedrooms and bathroom.  

The kitchen is very large and attractive and equipped with all modern fittings. It also contains a breakfast area with table and seating. The kitchen also has direct access to the outside through a door to the side of the right hand terrace.
From one door of the kitchen, you can reach one of the twin bedrooms and its bathroom. This bedroom has its own wardrobe and views to the terrace and garden. Leaving the main room, there's a corridor wich leads to the rest of bedooms and another bathroom. The first bedroom on the left is another twin bedroom with a wardrobe and views to the pool. In the middle, there is a large bathroom. Last door leads to a double bedroom. It also has its own wardrobe and views to the pool. All bedrooms are furnished in attractive modern style.  

The swimming pool is in a pretty situation to the side of the house, with three palms around it. The pool area is situated in a very large lawned garden, completely enclosed by a hedge of trees. There is also lawned garden all around the house which is totally enclosed by trees. As mentioned before, there are terraces three sides of the house. At the end of the pool terrace, there is a a built barbecue which is wonderful for "al fresco dinner". This is a lovely villa for relaxing at, and soaking up the sunshine, but within easy striking distance of all the local attractions.  

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin and 2 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private swimming pool, a garden, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside walking, cycling, mountain biking.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, swimming, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, climbing, horse riding, golf, tennis, a sports center, scuba diving, historic sites, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find a theatre/cinema, a themepark.
