Well decorated full equipped kitchen and rooms, central heating, and air-conditioning in all rooms. Wide terrace and wide balcony on upper floor with open views.

Bedroom 1 with king size double bed (tempur mattress) with en-suite bathroom (with jacuzzi and shower) and walk-in closet.
Bedroom 2 queen size double bed.

En-suite bathroom for master bedroom, bath tub jacuzzi, shower, wc, bidet.
Bathroom with separate bath and shower, wc.
Separate wc on upper floor.

Kitchen:
Big, open, German kitchen in modern blue. Fridge, freezer, microwave, ceran cooker, oven, dishwasher (all from Siemens), full kitchen ware.

Utlility room
Washing machine and 2 dryers. Oil central heater, gym machine, ironing area.

Living room

Open living/dining area, TV (Sony), projector with screen (for the cinema evening), DVD player, Sony Dolby surround system, playstation 2, DVD movies and 10 ps games,large sofa, open fireplace.

Pets need to be addressed, before owner will commit. Costs of electricity and water are included.

Not adapted for wheelchair users, there is fairly adapted access only for the lower floor (bedrooms) from the back side of the house

Great garden and terrace area, teak wood furniture: table, chairs and 4 sunbeds. Large pool with jacuzzi (no pool heating).

Close distance to various golf courses in Santa Ponsa and Paguera.
Approx 15 minutes walk to the small rock beach in Costa de la Calma, and approx 30 minutes walk to Santa Ponsa beach.
5 minutes drive to Santa Ponsa and Paguera, 15 minutes to Magaluf, 20 to Palma Center.

Bakery and a restaurant a few minutes walk but plenty of shops and restaurants in Santa Ponsa and Paguera nearby.

Reservation fee 25% on booking, rest 6 weeks before date. There is a 800 euro deposit required on check in, which will be fully refunded on check-out, if nothing missing or damaged (cash, bank confirmed check or travellers check only).

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 3 double and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the in third double bedroom ( kids room). This gives room for up to 7 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television and home cinema with dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. A computer with Internet connection is also available for your use. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming calls only. Recreational activities available with the villa include a home gym.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, glassware, cooking utensils.
