The house was build recently, but keeps the flavour of the old and traditional country houses of the region (stone walls, old wood beams, terracotta tiles). A typical barbecue area is attached to the main facade in a terrace that surrounds the house and offers best views of the area. Fornalutx is considered one of the nicest villages of Spain, it has restaurants, bars, 2 banks, a well provided supermarket, 1 Catholic church, 1 medical centre, 1 pharmacy, a tennis court and sports facilities. There are parking areas and a taxi and bus service to Soller and Puerto Soller. Soller is considered as one of the most attractive and dynamic towns in Mallorca, it has all the services according its condition of city. Puerto de Soller offers all the entertainment of a typical tourist resort (nice sea front, cafeterias, fish and other types of restaurants, 2 beaches, marina etc).

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the in the bedroom 1 double bunk bed located in the in the bedroom. This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 10 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Lisa says: "The access to the villa is up a steep and winding tarmac road and takes about 15-20 minutes from Fornalutx, but once you are there the views are addictive and breath taking, it is incredibly peaceful and relaxing. The villa is very clean and is furnished beautifully, it has all that you need, including an excellent extra kitchen on the terrace. I would suggest that it is not suitable for toddlers - open staircases and steep dro ps from the terrace, and no window guards. The Spanish owner is very helpful and lives in Fornalutx if you need anything."
