The layout is ideally suited to a large family with, for example, older relatives or a young couple who would require some individual privacy yet retain closeness to the main party. Built as part of a brand new 4 Star Hotel it prides itself as a true activities paradise, offering easy access to all local outdoor activities. 

Although steeped in nearby Bulgarian tradition it benefits from hi-spec comfort and an open log fire to create a romantic atmosphere. The penthouse comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 2 double sofa beds located in the Living room + bedroom. This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The penthouse has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. The penthouse has a sauna.

The penthouse has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the penthouse include a home gym, a snooker/pool table, table tennis.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
