If you are interested in mountain holidays then this is the place for you. This superbly appointed apartment is located in a prime central location in the town being 5 minutes walking distance from the Gondola station. The old town with its many Mahanas and bars is also only minutes away by foot. Therefore no need for waiting for shuttle buses/taxis or hire cars to get you around.
You really do have the best of all worlds in this resort. Skiing is generally available from mid December to mid April and the rest of the year the summers are fantastic when you can enjoy the walking/hiking in the mountain ranges and the many other recreational facilities nearby. 

The appeal of this apartment is its superb position in the town and also the size of the building. This is a small complex of only 14 individual apartments. The style of the development is in keeping with the town and all apartments have great views.
The apartment has a cozy living room with a wood burning stove to snuggle up in front of after a day on the piste. There are balconies off the living room and the bedroom and a superb bulgarian style kitchen area.
There are sauna and gym facilities in the complex which are availble for your use. 

Book 2 weeks winter skiing in December 08 & Jan/Feb 09 and receive 1 week rental free summer 2009 subject to availability. A small charge for linen cleaning will be made and the usual deposit for breakages will be payable.
Summers in Bansko are brilliant and you will be able to enjoy the hiking the mountains and the many other recreational pursuits of the region.

Review submitted by non-Villarenters customer: We went out to Bulgaria at the end of February 2008. Our first impressions of the apartement were great. It was spotless, well maintained and very well layed out. The bedroom was a good size with plenty of wardrobe space. The views of the mountains from the bedroom and living area are fantastic. The apartement is perfectly located only yards from restaurants, bars and ski hire facilities. Most importantly it is only a 5 minute walk from the Gonolda station. The ski lessons we had were one on one and fantastic value for money, we skied the 7km run from the very top to the very bottom of the mountain on only our second day. There is also a bar/restaurant right at the top of the mountain to relax in and enjoy the spectacular views. Overall we would recomment this apartement and resort to anybody as we had a thoroughly enjoyable time and are planning to book again next year.
