The apartment has magnificent, panoramic views of the Pirin Mountain range, and guests can benefit from numerous on-site facilities which include swimming pool, sauna, steam bath, gym facilities, games room, cafe bar and restaurant.
Ideally located to exploit Bulgaria's top ski resort, the apartment is within walking distance to the ski gondola, although there is also a free shuttle bus service every 15 minutes for those who wish to conserve their energy for the slopes ! The apartment is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, suana, gym, table tennis, a balcony, panoramic views, a barbeque. The outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Lounge. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm. The apartment has a sauna.

The apartment has television dvd. Recreational activities available with the apartment include a home gym, table tennis.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Christine says: "The picutures gave an accurate view of what the condo looked like inside and out. The only problem we had with the property was the cable was not connected, asked for it to be connected and noone followed up all week. So, not TV but we had brought our laptop so the kids could watch movies. The bathroom with the shower was a bit difficult. The shower stall in very small and no shower curtain had been installed. So, watch it, you cannot take anything in the bathroom without it getting wet, includint the toilet paper. The pool was wonderful. The kids went every evening. Would have been nice to have had tourist info in the condo. Nothing like that was provided, so you are on your own to find info on downtown, skiing, transportation, restaurants, etc... The town itself is wonderful and so are the people. Staying in the condo was great for our family but like I said you are on your own since the owner nor the property management company has not put anything together for the visitors. Will go back and stay and probably in the same condo! The Herbert Family"

Following this review a shower curtain and cable TV have been installed from 1st May. There is also a DVD player.
