Luxury 2 bedroom duplex apartment on two floors with bedrooms below and large balcony on each floor. Situated on the beach in an elevated position allowing spectacular views of the bay. Shops bars and restaurants all within 15 minutes walking distance down a small hill along headland. Beautiful stroll. Schools of dolphins have also been spotted outside the apartment Nov. 08. 

If you dont like walking, there is a bus service that stops right outside the apartment to the town centre. A car is not absolutely essential as there is also a good bus service from the airport to Benidorm. Most of the attractions are within walking distance of the apartment. A car is neccessary if you want to travel further afield to the many sight seeing towns and tourist attractions such as Guadalest or Gata de Gorgos where there is a guitar making factory. Although there is also a bus service to these too. 

There is also a fishing rod supplied in the apartment. Minimum booking 1 week 

The complex is very secure with cctv cameras and 24hr security staff patroling. Also fitted with safe inside. We have just acquired two mountain bikes for the more active.

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 2 twin. . This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 1 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool.

The apartment has television dvd. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
