The apartment is professionally cleaned throughout before & after each booking, what-ever the length of stay. You will be greeted by Sally, our local manager. Sally, who is English, will help you with all your questions, requests and concerns. The Fitness Centre next door has FREE Wi-Fi, so enjoy a coffee and keep in touch with the office. The development is built and located with luxury, relaxation, family and security in mind. We will NOT accept bookings from same-sex groups unless there is a parent also staying. For long term bookings, we may consider including weekly maid service (cleaning, dusting, linen changeover). Satellite TV includes a selection of English, German and French channels. Full pre and post-inspection of property are carried out with guests for the benefit of all parties concerned.

We have used the apartment for our 2 small kids and have purchased and left various DVDs, beach balls, beach floats, buckets and spades etc. Apartment is CLEANED before and after each stay.

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 2 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Lounge. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool.

The apartment has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
