CASA LYDAMAR is a luxury, fully air-conditioned, 4 Bedroom, 4 Bathroom villa with private heated pool and Jacuzzi. It is located in Cumbre del Sol, with both sea and mountain views and a view of Penon Ifach in Calpe. Located between Moraira and Javea, Cumbre del Sol is set on a hilltop overlooking the Mediterranean sea. The nearest beach, Cala Moraig, is 5 minutes away by car. The beach in Moraira is 10 minutes by car. Cumbre del Sol is accessed by motorway from both Alicante and Valencia airports. There are restaurants, a tapas bar, an Irish bar (The Old Library), and a bank within a few hundred yards, and there is a large supermarket (Pepe la Sal) and a pharmacy within a ten minute drive.

JAVEA GOLF CLUB ( 9 hole, par 72 and 3035 metres ) is only a 10 minute drive away. There is a driving range, putting green, bar and restaurant.
LA SELLA GOLF COURSE ( 18 hole, par 72 and 6029 metres ) is approximately a 15 - 20 minutes drive. Designed by Jose Maria Olazabal, this course has many trees and water obstacles. There is a driving range, putting green, shop, bar and restaurant.
OLIVA NOVA GOLF CLUB (18 hole, par 72 and 7051 metres) is approximately a 30 minute drive. Designed by Seve Ballesteros, there is a driving range, putting green, shop and restaurant.
REAL DE FAULA GOLF CLUB (18 hole, par 72 and 6612 metres) is approximately a 30 minute drive. Designed by Jack Nicklaus, there are two 18 hole courses here. The Championship North course is par 72, and the Executive South Course is par 62.
EL SALER GOLF CLUB ( 18 hole, par 72 and 6355 metres ) is approximately a 50 minute drive. This course has held a number of Spanish Opens. There is a driving range, putting green, 2 chipping areas and 2 practice bunkers.


Boat hire, wind-surfing, scuba diving and fishing are available in nearby Moraira. Horse riding is available locally and Karting is available within a 15 minute drive.

THEME PARK
TERRA MITICA is located in Benidorm, within a 30 minute drive, with its rollercoasters, rides and other attractions.

WATER PARK
AQUALANDIA Water Park is approx a 40 minutes drive. Assorted shutes, springboards, pools, rapids, waterfalls and black holes. Themed areas, planted with trees and shrubs, house the Pistas Blandas, the Laguna, Niagara, Splash, the Big Bang... and the Kamikaze. Bars, shops, restaurants, showers and lockers. Lots of fun for all the family.

MUNDOMAR Marine Exotic Animal Park
A dolphinarium, parrot show, flamingos, turtles, sea lions, a bat cave, penguins, a childrens park, and a galleon. Relax at kiosks located in different areas of the park, open for refreshments at any time. Restaurant and cafeteria services.
 

The spacious air-conditioned lounge has large windows with views of the sea and mountain. Here you can watch Sky TV with SPORTS PACKAGE (NOTE: There is a limited service of BBC1, BBC2, ITV and CHANNEL 4), or view DVDs on the flat screen TV. Selection of DVDs available. There is a also a hi-fi system. Wireless Internet connection allows unlimited Internet access, with own laptop, for the duration of your stay anywhere in the villa. The dining area has a large table and seating for 8 people. The kitchen is equipped with everything you might need to make your stay as relaxing as possible. French doors lead directly out to the naya where there is a table and seating to enjoy al fresco dining. Steps lead down to the spacious terrace. Here you will find the private pool (which can be heated in winter as an optional extra), the BBQ and the Jacuzzi. There are sun-loungers to relax on beside the pool.



All bedrooms are ensuite and have ceiling fans and air conditioning (cooling and heating). All the bedroom windows have shutters and there are wall heaters in all ensuites. Large fitted wardrobes in all bedrooms.

Bedroom 1 - King size Bed - ensuite. Full size bath and separate shower. French Doors lead directly to the terrace.

Bedroom 2 - Double Bed - ensuite. French Doors lead directly to the naya.

Bedroom 3 - Twin Beds - ensuite.

Bedroom 4 - Double bed - ensuite. Single bed. Double sofa bed. French Doors lead directly to the terrace, pool and Jacuzzi.

As there are steps down to the front door and to the lower terrace, this villa is not wheelchair accessible, and it may not be suitable for the elderly.

Deposit of 30% to secure booking. This is non-refundable unless villa subsequently let. Balance plus security deposit of 300 euro payable 8 weeks before arrival date. The security deposit will be refunded 10 days after holiday ends when confirmation received from our agent and key returned. Extra charge of 20 euro per person for bookings over 6 people. Payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer. Check-in time 16:00. Departure time 10:00.

We understand that breakages will occur and we ask all guests to simply replace the broken cup/plate/glass etc. to avoid using your security deposit. All items in the villa are available locally. For any other major damage we ask you to advise our agents by phone immediately.
 

Air conditioning (heating and cooling) is included in the price. Sky TV (Sports Package) is also included, as is unlimited Wireless Internet access and use of the Jacuzzi. Linen and towels are provided as well as a Basic Welcome Pack. For 2 week bookings there is an interim linen and towel change and a refresher clean. Pool heating is available for an extra charge of 100 euro per week. Minimum booking of 1 week during the months of May, June, July & August.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 1 twin, 4 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 single sofa bed located in the 4th Bedroom, and also an additional single bed. This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 4 bathrooms and 4 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 7 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private swimming pool, a garden, a west facing patio area, a west facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, boat hire, fishing, climbing, horse riding, golf, scuba diving, shopping areas, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find a themepark.
