This impressive five bedroom villa is located at the foot of Cumbre del Sol on the outskirts of the typically Spanish town of Benitachell. For lovers of real Spain there are several local bars in the village, a large supermarket, and numerous restaurants. Benitachell is also ideally positioned for those wishing to explore the Northern Costa Blanca. Within a ten minute drive are the lively resort towns of Javea and Moraira, whilst the magnificent Jalon and Orba valleys are perfect for a day out visiting inland Spain.

Javea is like three towns in one - a facinating old town full of narrow cobbled streets and quaint houses, a wonderful port area with wide promenades lined with quality restaurants and shops, and the vibrant Arenal beach area with a magnificent sandy bay full of bustling beachside bars, fantastic watersports, and fun for all the family. A little further afield is the famous resort of Benidorm with its exciting theme parks, whilst those looking to unwind should head for the inland valleys full of grape vines and orange groves, deserted hilltop villages and a taste of Real Spain. 

The villa is located at the end of a quiet cul-d -sac with no passing traffic. It has private parking for two cars, with a short flight of steps leading to the front entrance and pool terrace. Here you will find a beautiful private pool and outside shower, a purpose built bbq, sunbeds and outside dining furniture, and magnificent views towards Montgo (the elephant mountain). There is also a small terrace off the lounge and a large roof terrace enjoying spectacular panoramic views over the local landscape. 

Inside accomodation consists of a three bedroom house and separate two bedroom apartment, accessed via steps down the ouside of the house. In the main house there is a lovely spacious lounge diner with quality leather sofas and a modern dining suite, a CD player, television, and satellite system. The fully fitted kitchen has all modern conveniences, and there is a separate utility room with washine machine. Downstairs there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one en-suite to the master bedroom which also has patio doors out to the pool terrace.

Below the main house is a separate two bedroom apartment with its own kitchen and lounge, ideal as a "granny annex" or for older children looking for a little independance.

Their housekeepers will help settle you into the property and be on hand if you require any advice regarding local facilities and services. The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 10 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

JANE says: "BEAUTIFUL VILLA WITH SPECTACULAR VIEWS AND BIG POOL. BENITACHELL IS IDEAL FOR A QUIET RELAXING HOLIDAY, ONLY A SHORT DRIVE TO JAVEA AND MORAIRA. THE LOCAL PUB (THE BULL & BEAR) IS LOVELY, GREAT FOOD, FRIENDLY STAFF AND 10 MINUTES WALK FROM THE VILLA. JOHN WAS GREAT AND VERY HELPFUL. ONLY PROBLEM WE HAD WAS WITH THE DIRECTIONS SENT BY VILLA RENTERS WHICH WERE INCOMPLETE - WE ENDED UP DRIVING HOURS AS WE GOT LOST ON THE WAY FROM THE AIRPORT AND ALMOST ENDED UP IN MURCIA!! THANK GOODNESS FOR JOHN AND HIS PATIENCE. OVERALL GREAT HOLIDAY."
